4 sessions, held across 4 weeks, 1 hour per training session. Save over €30 compared to booking each session individually. In our initial sessions, we'll nail our form, our tempo, and progressing. From here, we can go deeper into the logic behind your programme, how and why we calculate our calorie and macronutrient intake, and how to rotate exercises so you never get burnt out
