We start with a simple consultation; to discuss your goals, any concerns you might have and what your training will look like
I'll create your low volume training programme, based on the principle of Minimum Effective Dose. We get in, get it done, and get out
These are in person sessions, designed to get you stronger and more comfortable in the gym
As you progress, we'll discuss the principles that make up your programme, exercise swaps and how you can become independent, keeping yourself fit for life

Nutrition Guidance
Meal plans, calorie calculations and smart changes
This is nutrition guidance from someone who understands that food is a joy in life, not just a survival tool
I'll calculate your calorie needs, teach you to do the same, and show you how to adjust for maintenance, fat loss, or muscle gain
We'll discuss protein, fats, carbs, and ensure you can continue to enjoy your favourite foods while improving your health
Think of it as 'A lot of what you need, and a little of what you want'
Online Coaching
Exercise plans, nutrition plans, and check ins
Available weekly, biweekly or monthly
We'll carry out our consultation online, and your exercise and nutrition plan will be sent to you within 72 hours of all necessary information being received
